About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily administrative workflows to ensure office and showroom efficiency
- Manage incoming corporate communications, including emails and phone calls
- Procure and monitor office supplies and showroom materials
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules for the Dubai regional hub
- Process regional sales orders and track transactions using POS and CRM systems
- Liaise with logistics for white-glove home deliveries and shipment updates
- Support the Contract Sales team with documentation and corporate proposals
- Administer customer programs, including trial guarantees and warranty claims
- Manage local petty cash and organize invoices for finance
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave requests, and local onboarding
- Organize corporate travel arrangements and itineraries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in premium retail, furniture, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ERP software
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
