About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage timesheets for payroll and update staff rosters
- Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when required
- Ensure all work orders are accurately captured in the system
- Organise customer inductions and medicals for field staff
- Raise purchase requests for uniforms, stationery, parts, and labour
- Provide customers with periodic performance reports
- Manage customer invoicing and perform adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a construction or service-based industry
- Demonstrated customer service or service coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask multiple priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
