Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper status of medications, supplies, and medical devices for chronic and acute renal disease treatments.
• Plan the needs for medical supplies and devices through selection, acquisition, reception, storage, and inventory management.
• Guarantee the availability and timely supply of medications and medical devices for patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable data records for all supplies and medications using IPS tools.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of inventory reports under your responsibility.
• Act as the technical director for the pharmaceutical service and manage controlled medications before regulatory authorities.
• Apply all company policies, quality manuals, protocols, and legal frameworks related to the role.

Requirements

• Tecnólogo en Regencia de Farmacia.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy regency or in roles associated with pharmaceutical services.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to travel between Tunja, Duitama, and Sogamoso.
