Responsibilities

• Support the processing of financial wires, ACH transfers, securities, and other electronic financial transactions
• Perform manual wire entry and automated wire repair to comply with SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS format requirements
• Follow internal process controls and escalate payment operations weaknesses or document errors
• Comply with all industry, federal, state, and Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements
• Aid in the setup of cash pooling, automatic sweep, reverse sweep, and zero balance accounting
• Assist with processing customer lifting charges related to wire transfers and support claims processing
• Contribute to reporting and transaction activity monitoring

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous study in finance or a relevant field
• Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Familiarity with a professional business environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgment
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn commercial banking operations
