Responsibilities

• Support the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of commercial account transactions, including client onboarding, account opening, and closing.
• Obtain necessary documentation and reference data to ensure regulatory compliance regarding KYC and AML.
• Provide client support for account maintenance, transitions, and conversions.
• Reconcile and review incoming or outgoing data to ensure high levels of data quality and accuracy.
• Monitor commercial accounts and prepare required documentation for audit purposes.
• Identify, document, and escalate significant data quality issues or process gaps.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of commercial account operations or related disciplines.
• Understanding of account activation processes and corresponding financial regulations.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with relevant business software and exposure to corporate banking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic experience with cash management, payment operations, or other deposit services.
• Experience handling commercial or corporate account banking processes.
