Administrator IV - Human Resources (Immigration)

Responsibilities

• Strategize and partner with immigration attorneys to ensure compliance and understand the impacts of U.S. immigration changes
• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of immigration cases, policies, compliance, and record keeping
• Oversee and initiate complex immigration processes and filing strategies related to H-1B cap, PERM, Blanket L program, TN, and STEM EAD
• Serve as the Immigration Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the North America HR team
• Manage labor law postings for U.S. offices and maintain the Immigration SharePoint page
• Perform administrative tasks including employee support and answering general immigration-related questions

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience with immigration compliance, policy work, and immigration preparation/filings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Experience with SharePoint
