Administrator-eCommerce - Logistic

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and office support to the eCommerce logistics department
• Create and update records and databases containing personnel, financial, and other critical data
• Manage daily manual and system data collection and prepare accurate reports for line managers
• Coordinate activities across the company to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy
• Track office supply stocks and place orders as necessary
• Manage phone calls, correspondence, and couriers
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize departmental workflows

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher; BSc/BA in Office Administration or a relevant field is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Warehouse, Store, or Retail Operations
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numeric skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work nights (for male candidates), weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Logistics or Warehouse Administrator
• Qualifications in secretarial studies
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of Distribution Centre systematic and manual report structures
• Experience with SQL or other reporting tools
