About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes and policies
- Manage and respond to enquiries and requests via Salesforce cases and email
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with support functions and stakeholders
- Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints through Salesforce
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration or data entry role
- High attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, NAV, JDE, or COUPA
