Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute reconciliation across Custom Fixed Income and Custom Equity SMAs, including corporate bonds, equities, and structured products.
• Perform client-level reconciliation for cash and positions between portfolio systems and custodian accounts.
• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, custodians, and vendors to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Research and resolve corporate action discrepancies such as stock splits, refinancings, spin-offs, and bonuses.
• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks and suggest improvement strategies to management.
• Ensure timely completion of critical end-of-day reports, including trade allocations and file management.
• Support global operations by working full-time night shifts to align with USA business hours.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment operations.
• Strong knowledge of global investment products.
• Deep understanding of Separately Managed Account (SMA) processes and the full trade lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time night shifts and provide flexibility for overtime as needed.
