About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and control stock levels
- Supervise and review billing processes
- Manage and follow up on debts and budgets
- Update and review item pricing
- Monitor and control revenue erosion
- Coordinate and manage the clinic agenda
- Handle telephone inquiries and customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Previous experience working as a receptionist
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong orientation toward customers, patients, and teamwork
- Availability to work part-time
