About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and reception for drivers, guiding them through the station processes
- Manage files and documentation by verifying mandatory vehicle documents and entering data into the system
- Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation
- Use office and management tools including Office, Google Workspace, SAP, and Microges
- Act as a liaison with official bodies such as the DGT and the Industry Delegation
- Manage appointments and complex file archiving
Requirements
- Studies in administration and management (Intermediate/Higher Degree or similar)
- Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace
- Experience or knowledge of SAP or Microges is valued
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Interest or experience in the automotive or mechanical sector is a plus
