Administrative Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise administrative activities and warehouse teams to ensure efficient, precise, and safe operations.
• Manage personnel tasks including scheduling, vacation planning, performance evaluations, training, and guidance.
• Oversee inventory control and Total Product Management (TPM) for finished goods, packaging, and pallets to prevent shortages.
• Monitor and enforce safety measures to protect personnel and assets in high-traffic areas.
• Supervise the accurate registration of all entries, exits, and internal movements of materials and products using digital tools.
• Administer procurement requests, follow up with suppliers, and ensure the timely registration of invoices and purchase orders.
• Manage the reception and shipment of inventory to the exchange zone to support market return processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Assistant.
• 1 year of experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Supervisor.
• Expert knowledge in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, and TPM (Total Product Management).
• Advanced skills in logistics, personnel administration, and material management software.
