About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing fuel inventory levels, fuel ordering, and receiving
  • Provide purchasing and sales support
  • Schedule and dispatch fuel deliveries
  • Create and analyze data reports
  • Monitor retail pricing and adjust based on market conditions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (or equivalent work history)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fuel compliance and environmental regulations
