About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing fuel inventory levels, fuel ordering, and receiving
- Provide purchasing and sales support
- Schedule and dispatch fuel deliveries
- Create and analyze data reports
- Monitor retail pricing and adjust based on market conditions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (or equivalent work history)
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of fuel compliance and environmental regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
