About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students visiting the Advising office in person, via phone, or through email
- Schedule student appointments with academic advisors
- Support Navigate360 operations, including advisor onboarding and student communications
- Monitor advising assignments and alerts to ensure high-quality service
- Supervise work-study students and manage confidential student and faculty information
Requirements
- 60 or more college credits (or equivalent work experience and training)
- Three years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
