About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Organize and support internal events, meetings, and client engagements
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for staff
- Monitor office service requests and follow up for timely completion
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate clerical documentation and reports
- Support cross-department coordination to improve efficiency and workflows
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administration within the UAE
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adjust to evolving business needs
Benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 4,500 – 5,000 (all-inclusive package)
