About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with event team members to ensure successful virtual and in-person training events, including pre-event preparation and on-site support.
- Coordinate with conference faculty to manage judicial education events.
- Administer the unit's CLE program, including accreditation entries, maintaining training transcripts, and issuing certificates.
- Establish and maintain record-keeping and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy against source documents.
- Assemble and package education event materials, working with in-house and outside partners for production and delivery.
- Manage electronic and media files, including uploading, duplicating, and remastering materials.
- Review and recommend improvements for inventory management and material handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, event coordination, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Strong organizational, analytic, and information management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to training event venues throughout the state.
