About the role
Responsibilities
- Send documents via DocuSign and follow up on completion
- Provide data processing support for the Intake & Assessment Unit
- Maintain and report statistics and logs for the unit
- Assist in locating interpreters for assessments
- Create and edit forms, type reports, and compose letters
- Scan and send closed files to the Records Technician
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and perform filing, scanning, and faxing
- Review, log, and assign eligibility referrals under management direction
- Act as backup for the Secretary as needed
Requirements
- One year of administrative experience
- Typing skills of at least 50 wpm
- Ability to work independently and with diverse groups
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, DocuSign, and Zoom
- Flexibility, tact, and comfort working with numbers
