Responsibilities
- Act as the administrative link between commercial teams and customers
- Support the sales process from A to Z
- Collaborate with the commercial team for daily follow-up of customer inquiries
- Assist in preparing price proposals
- Perform various administrative tasks including tender completion, meeting scheduling, and contract management
- Inform customers about the status of quotes and follow up accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software packages
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of French and German is a plus
- Independent, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious
- Punctual and able to work with deadlines
