Responsibilities

  • Create daily progress reports and generators.
  • Integrate construction estimates based on physical progress and generators.
  • Prepare documentation for project initiation, execution, and closure.
  • Conduct site visits to verify physical progress of works.
  • Manage administrative procedures and permits required for project execution.
  • Request, review, and manage all necessary administrative documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project or site administration.
  • Strong knowledge of budget control, estimates, and contracts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Neodata or similar construction management software.
  • Ability to work in the field and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
