About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative oversight of CAPS, including policy creation and staff training
  • Analyze administrative operations, policies, and procedures to recommend improvements
  • Generate and submit complex Federal, State, and County mandated reports (e.g., AFCARS, CY-28)
  • Manage and monitor placement functions, court data entry, and resource data within information systems
  • Coordinate with consultants and programmers to test, maintain, and update system functionality
  • Serve as a liaison between Information Systems and Fiscal Departments
  • Develop training manuals and conduct orientations for new caseworkers and staff
  • Monitor system data integrity and perform troubleshooting and error correction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or staff work
  • Graduation from a four-year college/university or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts to solve administrative problems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with officials and the public
