Administrative Manager Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical care models, guidelines, and standards of care
• Oversee clinic workflow optimization including scheduling, check-in, and check-out
• Supervise and direct operational and administrative staff
• Manage day-to-day department operations and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and optimize space utilization and facility improvements
• Develop policies to ensure patient satisfaction and address feedback
• Establish and monitor departmental performance and financial metrics
• Collaborate with triad leadership on financial planning and billing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in ambulatory care
• Proven ability to facilitate teamwork and support daily operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in progressive operational leadership within healthcare
• Demonstrated skill in change management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of University of Michigan policies and procedures
• Experience with Lean principles and team building
• Extensive administrative and supervisory experience in ambulatory healthcare
• Understanding of the Troy community and regional healthcare landscape
