Administrative Manager Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical care models, guidelines, and standards of care
• Oversee day-to-day operations for Infusion, Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Perioperative Services
• Supervise and direct operational, administrative, and clinical support staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, FDA, and CLIA
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
• Optimize clinic workflows, including scheduling, billing, and referral management
• Monitor and optimize space utilization and facility improvements
• Develop policies to ensure patient satisfaction and address feedback
• Establish and monitor departmental performance and financial metrics
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and Nurse Supervisors on strategic growth and operational initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Two to four years of supervisory experience, preferably in ambulatory care
• Proven operational leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate teamwork and manage change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of University of Michigan policies and procedures
• Experience incorporating Lean principles into daily work
• Extensive administrative and supervisory experience in an ambulatory health care setting
• Understanding of the local Troy community and regional healthcare landscape
