About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the operational activities of an administrative team
- Structure and analyze information to support daily decision-making
- Prepare and consolidate management reports and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor team performance, including goals and incentive criteria
- Partner with various internal departments for alignment and reporting
- Support the integration and onboarding of new professionals
- Conduct follow-up meetings and contribute to employee development
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, workflow reviews, and metric definitions
Requirements
- Completed degree in Administration, Management, Processes, or related fields
- Previous experience leading operational or administrative teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Analytical profile with ease in working with data and indicators
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts, and database organization)
- Clear, empathetic, and objective communication skills
- Intermediate English or Spanish for reading, writing, and occasional interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
