About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to PhRD Management Teams, the Leadership Team, and staff in Andover, MA.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for leadership members.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, material distribution, room reservations, and videoconferencing.
- Record meeting summaries, key decisions, and action items while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for colleagues and contractors, including equipment and space coordination.
- Manage departmental workflows, including office supply ordering, facility issue ticketing, and event execution.
- Act as a lead on special projects and administrative workflows.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of administrative experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Pfizer-specific systems such as Ariba, SharePoint, OneNote, or GDMS.
- Experience with SharePoint website management.
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity.
- Familiarity with corporate travel and expense processes.
