About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and facility operations
- Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, negotiation, and performance tracking
- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, office supplies, and related services
- Coordinate procurement of office materials and services
- Track vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and service quality
- Maintain admin records, contracts, assets, and compliance documents
- Work with internal teams to resolve admin-related requirements and issues
- Monitor admin budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure the office remains safe, clean, efficient, and well-managed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
- Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
