About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and facility operations
  • Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, negotiation, and performance tracking
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, office supplies, and related services
  • Coordinate procurement of office materials and services
  • Track vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and service quality
  • Maintain admin records, contracts, assets, and compliance documents
  • Work with internal teams to resolve admin-related requirements and issues
  • Monitor admin budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure the office remains safe, clean, efficient, and well-managed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
