About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan internal and external training sessions
- Manage registration and follow-up of training, certificates, and participant registrations
- Manage e-learning accounts and digital systems
- Track inspections and calibrations of equipment
- Support audits and workplace inspections
- Manage documentation such as Safety Data Sheets
- Assist with the onboarding of new colleagues
- Provide reporting and maintain data overview
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level (preferably administrative or similar)
- Experience with administrative processes and planning
- Proficiency with digital tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
- Accurate, independent, and structured working style
- Clear communication skills and ability to switch between parties
- Good command of Dutch and English

- Salary between €2,560 and €3,300 per month
- 32 vacation days (based on 40 hours)
