About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct and administer the academic, operational, marketing, and budgetary components of the Neiswanger Institute.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director and faculty regarding operational planning, academic program development, and instructional design.
  • Manage research grant administration, including monitoring budget expenses and coordinating with Research Services and Sponsored Program Accounting.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support enrollment and revenue objectives for graduate programs.
  • Oversee fiscal administration, including annual budgets for academic, research, and grant accounts.
  • Manage human resources operations, including recruitment, supervision, performance evaluations, and payroll for faculty and staff.
  • Supervise the management of information systems, space allocation, and departmental equipment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an educational or administrative-related field (e.g., instructional design, faculty training, assessment analysis, marketing, or strategic budget planning).
  • Minimum of ten years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
