About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage complex calendars for leadership teams with diplomacy and confidentiality
- Support the Research Grants and Legal departments through data extraction, performance metric reporting, and quality assurance initiatives
- Manage contract execution processes, including distribution and record retention in accordance with organizational policies
- Maintain research portfolio databases and synthesize information from multiple sources for reporting
- Identify and support the development of research portfolio procedures, data management workflows, and operational manuals
- Provide proactive administrative support and assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with OneNote
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and communicate data metrics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and regulated environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a research, healthcare, or academic setting
- Experience in complex operational settings or highly regulated environments
