About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage complex calendars for leadership teams with diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Support the Research Grants and Legal departments through data extraction, performance metric reporting, and quality assurance initiatives
  • Manage contract execution processes, including distribution and record retention in accordance with organizational policies
  • Maintain research portfolio databases and synthesize information from multiple sources for reporting
  • Identify and support the development of research portfolio procedures, data management workflows, and operational manuals
  • Provide proactive administrative support and assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with OneNote
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and communicate data metrics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a research, healthcare, or academic setting
  • Experience in complex operational settings or highly regulated environments
