About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist the Program Director with appointed responsibilities and coordinate activities with administrative assistants across the college.
  • Maintain accreditation documentation and records to support SACSCOC and ACOTE standards and guidelines.
  • Manage program logistics including course/room scheduling, data collection, and inventory reports.
  • Perform general office duties such as word processing, filing, appointment scheduling, and mail distribution.
  • Support fiscal management by assisting with institutional and program budgeting, assessment, and strategic planning reports.
  • Maintain accurate and accountable records while ensuring proper security and privacy for all University files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Two years of office experience.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework in a business-related field.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
