About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist the Program Director with appointed responsibilities and coordinate activities with administrative assistants across the college.
- Maintain accreditation documentation and records to support SACSCOC and ACOTE standards and guidelines.
- Manage program logistics including course/room scheduling, data collection, and inventory reports.
- Perform general office duties such as word processing, filing, appointment scheduling, and mail distribution.
- Support fiscal management by assisting with institutional and program budgeting, assessment, and strategic planning reports.
- Maintain accurate and accountable records while ensuring proper security and privacy for all University files.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Two years of office experience.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework in a business-related field.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Experience working in a higher education environment.
