About the role
Responsibilities
- Disseminate event and program-related information to learners and staff
- Coordinate the production and distribution of communication materials
- Manage drop-in appointments to ensure urgent situations are prioritized
- Run queries to gather data and perform analysis for reporting purposes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with specialists to resolve end-user problems
Requirements
- Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a university or hospital setting
- Experience drafting, editing, and preparing professional correspondence
- Demonstrated experience with database maintenance, data querying, and report preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel) and student information systems
- Experience with learning management systems, survey tools, and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
