About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement strategies to meet the operational KPIs of the Language Center
- Manage financial health, including monitoring income, profitability, and overdue accounts
- Supervise the annual budget in collaboration with the Language Center Director
- Manage accounts for the payment of services provided to the center
- Support the student enrollment process, including generating identifiers and payment slips for external users
- Ensure a high-quality operational experience for all users and stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative activities
- Proven experience in user service and customer care
- Strong organizational and collaborative teamwork skills
- Ability to follow up on strategic operational goals
