Responsibilities
- Edit and format communications, presentations, proposals, and reports
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide general office support
- Assist with travel itineraries and arrangements
- Process expense reports, invoices, and orders
- Serve as a back-up to other office administrative staff
- Perform other administrative duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- At least one year of meeting and event planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, demanding, and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
