About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMC Regulatory Affairs leadership team
  • Manage complex calendars for multiple executives and coordinate leadership meetings
  • Lead the planning, logistics, and scheduling for large-scale events and leadership meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare/submit expense reports via Concur
  • Support department operations, including budget preparation, monthly reviews, and variance research
  • Use advanced software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports, charts, and presentations
  • Proofread and edit technical documents and draft reports using raw data
  • Act as a resource to other administrative staff and assist with office space coordination

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and multiple competing priorities
  • Strong technical document proofreading and editing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential materials with high professionalism
