About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMC Regulatory Affairs leadership team
- Manage complex calendars for multiple executives and coordinate leadership meetings
- Lead the planning, logistics, and scheduling for large-scale events and leadership meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare/submit expense reports via Concur
- Support department operations, including budget preparation, monthly reviews, and variance research
- Use advanced software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports, charts, and presentations
- Proofread and edit technical documents and draft reports using raw data
- Act as a resource to other administrative staff and assist with office space coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of professional administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and multiple competing priorities
- Strong technical document proofreading and editing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential materials with high professionalism
