About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to the Dean and the leadership team within the Henry P. Becton College of Nursing and Allied Health.
  • Coordinate accreditation processes and sponsored program activities to ensure compliance with University and accreditation policies.
  • Manage the clinical and clinical laboratory placement of students.
  • Work independently and collaboratively on day-to-day tasks and special short- and long-term projects.
  • Assume a leadership role in executing departmental projects and managing sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a work-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, complex office environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including database management, spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with English fluency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in budget management with the ability to perform financial and budgetary data analysis.
  • Previous office management experience or professional certification in office management.
