About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to advancement leadership and assist with day-to-day operations of the Prescott Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement.
  • Manage office logistics including inventory, supply ordering, visitor reception, and processing donor gift payments.
  • Coordinate financial transactions such as purchase orders, reimbursements, check requests, and vendor communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, donor events, alumni engagement activities, and scholarship functions.
  • Manage event logistics including catering, room reservations, technology support, RSVPs, and setup/breakdown.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Prescott Campus and Donor Relations team to support stewardship and recognition.
  • Assist fundraising staff with travel coordination, expense reports, and gift documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or completion of a post-secondary program of at least 18 months beyond high school.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
  • Experience using Workday or similar enterprise systems.
