About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for general communications with the company and clients
- Modify and adjust documents for presentation purposes
- Accurately complete legal and tender documents upon request
- Reply to project-related emails eloquently and fluently
- Plan and schedule meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information
- Manage office duties including sourcing supplies and handling filing systems
- Provide comprehensive administrative and virtual assistant support
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and text processing software
- Use creative software including Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, English Literature, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience in document control
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
