Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all administrative office functions and daily operations
- Act as a key point of contact between management, departments, and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate meetings, executive schedules, travel arrangements, and office calendars
- Lead logistics planning and execution for company events, meetings, and workshops
- Manage end-to-end procurement requests through the ERP system
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate prices
- Monitor performance of office support staff and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with the IT department for new hire system and hardware setup
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles with supervisory experience
- Expertise in office administration, procurement, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
