About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare initial class rosters and certificates using the Idville Card Printing system
  • Provide customer service via the Meridian LMS platform, including record searches and password resets
  • Respond to high volumes of telephone and in-person inquiries
  • Maintain registration cards and electronic class files in numerical order
  • Schedule evening classes and coordinate dates with contractors
  • Manage inventory of manuals, registration cards, and printed answer sheets
  • Liaise with the Bureau of Fiscal Management regarding fee collection and payroll checks
  • Monitor registration pace and alert leadership when classes reach capacity

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of satisfactory clerical experience
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
  • Eligibility via the Clerical Associate Civil Service list
