About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of the Teacher Education Advisement and Partnership Center (TEAP-C) with administrative planning and execution.
- Manage purchase ordering, process invoices, and serve as a key contact for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and the Budget Office.
- Coordinate schedules for supervisors, advisors, and consultants, including setting appointments for potential educational partnerships.
- Maintain and tally critical data regarding program admissions, test readiness status, and workshop participation.
- Handle correspondence, appointment scheduling, and routine clerical duties for department administrators.
- Assist in the establishment of programs by providing technical assistance with communications, databases, and website maintenance.
- Respond to inquiries regarding Center procedures and policies from staff, students, and visitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3 years of related work experience in a high-paced, dynamic professional or university setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office software and general computer systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet tight deadlines.
