About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute administrative operations for the Corporate Security, Sustainability, Hygiene, Environment, and Industrial Safety department.
- Manage timely billing of SLAs and special service charges, maintaining quarterly meetings with the finance team and controlling cost center budgets.
- Administer shared service contracts, ensuring accuracy in amounts, validity, and signatures.
- Support the management team with reports, executive presentations, translations, and procedural documentation.
- Coordinate departmental events, weekly/monthly meetings, and specialized forums such as the MexSecurity Forum.
- Manage travel arrangements, flight reservations, lodging, and expense reporting for direct leadership.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar administrative coordination position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to cooperate with diverse collaborators.
- Experience in process control and administrative systems.
