Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Control and perform all administrative activities for the Distribution Center (CEDIS) following established policies.
• Review weekly sales indicators and manage weekly closures for sales, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Oversee weekly physical inventory counts of finished products to ensure accurate control.
• Manage customer portfolios and credit lines in coordination with branch coordinators.
• Control and safeguard invoices, remittances, and petty cash.
• Support human resources by reporting attendance, vacations, payroll signatures, and personnel changes.
• Supervise warehouse waste management, including non-conforming, missing, or expired products.
• Manage facility service payments (electricity, water) and coordinate maintenance for transport units in SAP.
• Reconcile cash sales against deposits and manage credit sales.

Requirements

• Minimum technical studies; a professional degree is preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse administration and inventory control.
• Proficiency in deposit reconciliation and administrative systems.
