About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities, human resources, finance, and logistics/supplies
  • Manage administrative processes including airfare purchases, vehicle rentals, and field leave control
  • Handle professional accreditation, mobilization, and demobilization
  • Manage real estate rental contracts and site administrative guidelines

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to relocate to Madre de Deus - BA
  • On-site presence required
