About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and control administrative activities for the site team
- Manage site petty cash and provide revenue/expense forecasts to headquarters
- Oversee facilities, human resources, finance, and logistics/supplies
- Manage administrative processes including airfare purchases, vehicle rentals, and field leave control
- Handle professional accreditation, mobilization, and demobilization
- Manage real estate rental contracts and site administrative guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Administration or related fields
- Advanced Excel skills
- Availability to relocate to Madre de Deus - BA
- On-site presence required

- English language proficiency
