About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the notification and request process for assigned departmental procedures.
- Capture high-quality information and documentation to manage area operations and assigned processes.
- Extract and input data into systems to generate reports for assigned activities.
- Assist with the loading and transport of mail and packages, ensuring correct product handling for delivery (specific to HR and Administrative Services).
Requirements
- Completed preparatory school certificate or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of administrative management, including planning and control.
- Experience performing basic administrative activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the insurance sector.
- Experience using administrative management systems.
- Experience in mail and package processing (filling out guides, packaging).
- Background as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in Customer Service.
