About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the notification and request process for assigned departmental procedures.
- Capture information and documentation with high quality to manage area operations.
- Extract and input data into systems to support the generation of activity reports.
- Assist with the loading and transport of mail and packages, ensuring correct product handling for delivery (specific to HR and Administrative Services).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (completed with certificate).
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of administrative management, including planning and control.
- Experience in basic administrative activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance sector.
- Basic experience using administrative management systems.
- Experience with courier and packaging processes (filling out guides, packaging).
- Background as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or Customer Service Representative.
