Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to manufacturing, operations, HSE, and plant management teams
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to production, safety, inventory, and personnel
• Perform data entry and prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting documentation
• Support document control and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicate and liaise with internal departments, vendors, and visitors
• Assist with scheduling, timesheets, audits, and general office operations in a manufacturing setting
• Comply with all company policies, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in office administration or a relevant field
• Previous administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
