About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare narrative and statistical reports, memoranda, records, tables, and charts using computer or manual methods.
  • Develop and maintain data banks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other departmental software.
  • Organize and maintain alpha/numerical filing systems.
  • Communicate technical information verbally and in writing to resolve departmental issues.
  • Manage offender billing and process payments accurately at the payment window.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all court records.
  • Perform routine and complex clerical duties with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Windows).
  • Proficiency in business English, spelling, and arithmetic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a bank teller.
  • Experience interpreting court sentences.
