Administrative Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Synchronize high-collaboration workstreams between Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams to prevent operational bottlenecks
• Act as a strategic liaison for industrial partners and customers, managing high-stakes external relationships with discretion
• Build an "Automated Executive" environment by developing Gemini prompts and automated workflows (such as Apps Script) to streamline routine tasks
• Proactively analyze leadership cycles to identify and mitigate logistical bottlenecks or "energy drains" before they occur
• Execute strategic partner tasks, including complex facilities coordination and medium-to-large scale operational projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct executive support or program management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable AI proficiency, specifically using LLMs like Gemini to automate workflows and draft communications
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to implement scalable, automated solutions to organizational friction
• Proven ability to manage multi-lead prioritization, supporting multiple executives simultaneously
• Exceptional strategic liaison skills and high EQ for managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced AI workflow orchestration, including the creation of "Persona Libraries" or "Digital Twins" for executives
• Experience using advanced Google Workspace features (e.g., Gemini in Sheets) for trend analysis and logistical forecasting
• Ability to audit AI outputs for accuracy and professional tone in high-stakes environments
• Proven track record of connecting disparate departments to prevent strategy collisions
