About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Dean's Suite reception area, including greeting visitors and triaging telephone inquiries.
  • Handle mail distribution (US, campus, and express) for the entire Dean's Suite.
  • Maintain organizational systems for electronic files, paper files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support including composing, editing, and proofreading communications.
  • Assist with office and kitchen supply procurement and equipment maintenance requests.
  • Oversee conference room scheduling, equipment needs, and catering orders.
  • Prepare monthly p-card reconciliations and travel expense reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of previous administrative support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an academic setting.
