About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Dean's Suite reception area, including greeting visitors and triaging telephone inquiries.
- Handle mail distribution (US, campus, and express) for the entire Dean's Suite.
- Maintain organizational systems for electronic files, paper files, and databases.
- Provide administrative support including composing, editing, and proofreading communications.
- Assist with office and kitchen supply procurement and equipment maintenance requests.
- Oversee conference room scheduling, equipment needs, and catering orders.
- Prepare monthly p-card reconciliations and travel expense reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of previous administrative support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an academic setting.
