About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations for the Center for Student Involvement
- Provide front-facing customer service to students, staff, and guests
- Coordinate student travel and manage office purchasing
- Execute financial and p-card reconciliations and monthly expense reports
- Maintain confidential student and employment records in compliance with university guidelines
- Support the Senior Director and staff with administrative logistics
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of full-time administrative support experience in a professional office environment
- Experience protecting and maintaining confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Documents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Banner or similar student information systems
- Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with diverse constituents including students, faculty, and alumni
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to Catholic and Marianist educational values
- Strong interpersonal skills
