About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare adjunct faculty contracts, including information gathering, mail merges, and digital signature management
- Assist with faculty overload contracts and course builds for University and Honors programs
- Support classroom assignments and manage requests for day-to-day classroom usage
- Maintain Academic Integrity Violation records and assist with the Academic Catalog
- Prepare payroll paperwork for Provost Office, University Program, and Academic Success Center staff
- Manage the Provost List, including mail merge letters and certificates
- Collaborate on the maintenance of the Provost Office Dropbox Sign and SharePoint sites
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the Provost Office
Requirements
- Two (2) years of administrative support or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
